Another agile methodology: Mixed skills team, tasks get priorities, priorities are sorted, tasks get points, tasks are grouped according to points (Sprints), stand up daily meetings, someone make sure everything is "Done" and we have: SCRUM!
I would make a few simplifications in real world, but I like very much the concept.
